Tässä kiintolevyssä on SATAIII-liitäntä. SATAIII eli SATA 6GB/s on viimeisimmän sukupolven tiedonsiirtoyhteys, joka löytyy nykyaikaisimmista tietokoneista ja jolla varmistetaan SATAII-mahdollisuudet ylittävä riittävä SSD-levyjen tiedonkulku. Kiintolevyjen välimuistin nopeus voi joskus ylittää myös SATAII:n läpivientimahdollisuudet, koska tämä välimuisti on pohjimmiltaan pienikokoinen SDD-levy (~64 Mb).
