Compact Design with Sound-Proofed HousingThe compact dimensions of the CHERRY KW 300 MX not only free up more space on your desk, but also give you more freedom of movement with your mouse. As there is no number pad, the arm using the mouse does not have to move so far away, meaning you automatically assume a more natural and comfortable posture. The inside of the mechanical hot-swap keyboard is equipped with several layers of foam. In combination with the lubricated MX2A switches and the high-quality PBT keycaps, this results in a rich yet very quiet typing sound, which you quickly won't want to go without.Hot-Swappable CHERRY MX2A SwitchesOur CHERRY MX2A switches are manufactured in Germany and provide a beautifully smooth typing experience and improved acoustics. Furthermore, you can expect an enormously long service life of up to 100 million keystrokes (depending on the switch variant selected) without any loss of input quality — and all the while maintaining unbeatable precision. A particularly practical feature of the mechanical keyboard is that it comes with a hot-swap base that makes it easy to remove and replace each individual switch with your preferred MX switches. To do this, simply insert the key of your choice into the special tool — no need for soldering or screws.Work Flexibly across Multiple DevicesIn addition to the standard cable channel, the CHERRY KW 300 MX offers three additional Bluetooth channels, allowing you to connect up to four devices to the keyboard at the same time. You can easily switch back and forth between each device using the F1 to F4 keys. Two-color LEDs in these keys indicate which channel is connected. Powerful BatteryThe integrated lithium battery in the KW 300 MX can be charged easily using the accompanying USB-C cable. A full charge can last up to several weeks, depending on the lighting intensity you choose and how often you use the compact keyboard. If the lighting is turned off, you can expect approximately six weeks of use. When the LEDs are turned on, a full charge will last for around one week. And the best part: The small hot-swap keyboard can also be charged while you carry on working.Practical FeaturesThe KW 300 MX may be compact, but it still has plenty of features up its sleeve: The handy dial allows you to control the volume, brightness or channel. What's more, the mechanical office keyboard can also be switched on or off using the dial. Thanks to the Full-N-Key rollover, all keys are read simultaneously and no input is lost. Anti-ghosting in turn prevents incorrect inputs.
