Description
TheRyzen 9 9900X is AMD's most advanced 3-4 nanometre "Zen 5" core and Threads processor. It boasts high base and boost frequencies as well as cache. The new Zen 5 microarchitecture Ryzen 9000 series processors have a significant 16% increase in IPC (instructions per cycle) compared to Zen 4 processors.
This processor is shipped without a cooler and without a cardboard packaging box (Tray version). In terms of performance it is identical to the Box version.
With the Zen 5 architecture, AMD is moving to a 3nm and 4nm manufacturing process that delivers lower power consumption for 16% higher performance. Zen 5 processors have up to twice the instruction bandwidth, data bandwidth and AI performance of Zen 4 architecture.
